The thoughtful planning of Executive Office Suites at Lafayette Village includes individually climate controlled offices and high-end ergonomic furniture for your 24/7 productive enjoyment.

There’s complimentary covered parking below the village or at the periphery. Conveniently, Executive Office Suites clients and guests may park just outside a main entrance or may choose parking under the building with elevator access directly into the reception area of the office suite. The periphery parking is most convenient to the retail spaces allowing pedestrian entry at multiple locations. Once in the village, all traffic is pedestrian, allowing time in your work day to enjoy a truly beautiful surrounding.

KDM Development began in 1995 by 3 individuals interested in the acquisition of manufactured home communities. Their philosophy was to purchase properties that had the potential for improvement, to renovate and upgrade as necessary and improve the operating standards. As the industry has grown, so has KDM. KDM and affiliated entities presently manage over 52 properties multi-state.

KDM is a “hands-on” full-service property management company, specializing in the management of manufactured home communities and apartments. Our goal is to provide clean, attractive and affordable places for our residents to live. By consistent application of guidelines, our management team strives to maintain the properties to be competitive with other forms of housing and to maintain the value of the residents’ individual homes by maintaining the park as a whole. We also offer secondary services to assist in the purchase and financing of homes in order to maintain and improve occupancy in our parks.

Lux Salon is owned by four sisters from Long Island, NY. Through the years, each have made their way down to Raleigh, North Carolina and thoroughly enjoy it here. They come from a variety of educational backgrounds, including; cosmetology, management, accounting and marketing.

Four sisters, four career paths, a passion for beauty, style and fashion trends but most of all….feeling amazing inside and out! This perfect combination of forces created Lux Salon. The sisters are dedicated to each other, the salon and their staff. We believe in our clientele and community, educational growth and team comradery.
